"I have joined the KIDS family day care service about 2 years ago now and they are the most wonderful, friendly staff to work with. They have been very supportive to me., the children & families. I have been working without any pressure and they have been flexible since I started with them. They also follow all the rules & regulations family day care have. I find I am very comfortable around them. Simple as a message and they communicate & pay attention, whoever is available helps. They also collect the payment from the families & Government & pay me on time every time. They have regular visit checks once every 3 or 4 weeks. When we had the virus situation they supported us financially working with the government and did video visits. They provide the paperwork and forms for us. It has been most amazing. The people I work with are amazing and I and very thankful for the service they provide. I wish them the very best to develop our scheme in the future. "
