A Message from Our Director

On behalf of the team at KIDS Family Day Care, we welcome you to our service and hope that we can share with you our innovative and professional approach to Family Day Care services. KIDS Individual Day Care Solutions was founded in 2015 in response to what I believe is the transcendent subject facing the education industry today – how do we best educate and care for children in a way which allows them to learn and grow according to their needs?

It is our view that Family Day Care facilitates this learning requirement in the best way possible. By providing a one-on-one approach to educational development, family daycare allows children to grow and prosper without the overwhelming aspect of traditional childcare centres. Having previously owned a childcare centre for 10 years I have learnt that while it is important for children to develop an understanding of social interaction, it is also important that this social aspect does not hinder their learning opportunities.

As a Family Day Care and Kindergarten professional I have come to realise that the general approach to learning which is applied to a large group of children can often dismiss those who require a more specific and catered approach to learning. As a means of improving this ongoing concern within traditional learning environments KIDS Family Day Care aims to provide flexibility within child care services and focuses on strengthening the relationships between children and their educators. In doing so, our company also manages to implement current educational programming strategies and adheres to government policies and regulations.

Furthermore, it is our companies mission to advance the knowledge of today’s children, applying programs and resources which suit each individual and provide children with a comforting and routine home environment that provides security and enables the child to flourish. In conjunction with this concept, we also wish to advance the knowledge of our Educators, providing them with support and guidance throughout their teaching endeavours. It is our ambition that KIDS Family Day Care will become Australia’s most renowned and reputable service within the education industry, providing Educators and Families with a company that they can rely on for a high-quality childcare service. We want to be game-changers in the lives of our educators and their families by creating a seamless integration of child care and professional administration systems.
